Product Quality

What You Need

To reconstitute lyophilized research peptides you will need: bacteriostatic water (BAC water), 1mL insulin syringes (27–31 gauge), alcohol swabs, and the peptide vial. Bacteriostatic water is available in the Supplies section of our catalog.

What Are Peptides?

Peptides are short chains of amino acids -- the same building blocks that make up proteins -- but small enough to function as biological signaling molecules. Unlike large pharmaceutical compounds, peptides are structurally similar to molecules the body already produces: hormones, growth factors, and immune messengers are all peptides by definition.

This structural familiarity means synthetic research peptides can interact with the same receptor systems the body uses to regulate itself, producing highly targeted effects that are difficult to achieve with broader-spectrum compounds.

Four Ways Peptides Interact With Biological Systems

The peptide binds to a specific receptor and triggers the response that receptor is wired to produce. The receptor is already built into the cell -- the peptide is simply the molecule that turns it on. This is the most common mechanism studied in peptide research.

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Methods

All orders ship via USPS or UPS within the contiguous United States. Shipping method is selected at our discretion based on order size and destination. Standard delivery typically arrives within 3-7 business days after shipment.

Packaging

All orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging. No product names, descriptions, or Good Labs branding appear on the exterior of any shipment.

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your tracking number.

Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, Good Labs ships within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of order. Good Labs is not responsible for orders delayed or undeliverable due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue. Good Labs is not responsible for carrier delays beyond our control.

Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of research peptides and their storage sensitivity, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for products that have been shipped and delivered in the condition ordered.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is visibly damaged upon arrival, or if you receive an item that does not match your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:

We will review your claim and, if verified, will arrange for a replacement to be shipped at no additional charge.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled at no charge before payment has been submitted. Once payment is received and the order has entered processing, cancellations cannot be accepted.
